Privacy Policy

TapColor (tapcolor.app) is a free coloring website. We keep things simple: no account or personal information is required to use any coloring feature. An optional sign-in exists for people who want to save their collection across devices — everything it stores is listed below.

What we collect

• Nothing, by default. You can browse, color online, print, and download every page without telling us anything. Colored pictures are auto-saved in your own browser's storage and stay on your device.
• Optional account (Google sign-in). If you choose to sign in, we receive your basic Google profile — name, email address, and profile picture — and store it together with your activity on TapColor: the pages you like and the pictures you color (so you can continue them on another device). Details in the next section.
• Contact & feedback forms. If you write to us, we keep your message and, only if you choose to provide it, your email address so we can reply.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are popular (pages visited, device type, approximate region). This uses cookies set by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• On-device preferences. Your theme choice (light/dark), recently used colors, and in-progress artwork are saved in your browser. Unless you sign in, they never leave your device.

The optional account, in detail

Signing in is done with Google (via Firebase Authentication) — we never see or store any password. When signed in, we store on our servers:

• Your Google display name, email address, and avatar picture.
• The list of coloring pages you have liked.
• The pictures you color, so they sync to your "My Collection" page and other devices. These images are private to your account — they are never shown publicly.

This data is used only to provide the collection feature. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. You can sign out at any time, and you can have your account and all its data permanently deleted by emailing contact@tapcolor.app from the address you signed in with.

Children's privacy

TapColor is made to be family-friendly. Every feature works without an account, and children are never asked to sign up or enter personal details. The optional sign-in uses Google accounts, which per Google's own age requirements are for people over the minimum age in their country or managed by a parent. We intend the sign-in feature for parents, teachers, and older users, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party services

Images and PDFs are served from our own content delivery network (Cloudflare), which also hosts our account data. Sign-in is provided by Google (Firebase Authentication). Analytics is provided by Google Analytics. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone.
